My order of transitions yarn took 3 days to reach me.  A friend had ordered same yarn and received it in 2 days.  Both quickly delivered.  My friend had less than 2.00 in shipping fee mine was up to 3.00, not sure why.  Very friendly service.  A hand written note accompanied my order.  Would order from this company in the future based on first transaction.

A Sat purchase of Trendsetter Transitions, shipped 'cheapest way' arrived the following Tuesday, well-packed. By the way I'm in MI. Great online source for knitters, fair prices and very modest shipping costs.

Customer support here is excellent. The only thing I would ask is for a shipping notification be sent. If there were a Half I'd have given 4 and a half.

I was so pleased with the package of Trendsetter yarn.

Not only was it packed in its own box, but put in a plastic shopping bag and plastic bubbles. Of course as a knitter, I printed the pattern so I would have it when the yarn arrived. Well, to my surprise the pattern was enclosed with the yarn in a plastic sleeve!!!
