I order a few pairs of small gauge Lykke straight knitting needles that I could not find anywhere else online. One of the pairs was backordered because...well...Covid, right? Fontelle let me know right away the situation and kept on top of everything. I am so thankful she was able to get these knitting needles and was super professional and friendly the whole process. Will definitely look to order from Great Yarns again!
