Description

This cowl is STUNNING and has been selling so incredibly this fall. Faux fur is all the rage and these prism cowls are exquisite!

"Here’s a new twist on our Foxy Cowl," says Bryant of Prism Yarns, "add a chevron stitch and mix up the colors! We chose two deep, somewhat related colors (Bark and Violetta) and worked random stripes in the round, above. The Plume also is both colors, alternated every other row for a tipped fur appearance. (Also shown) is Jet trimmed with Ebony for deeply midnight glamour." A lush extravagance of a cowl, this is pure wardrobe sorcery in a very easy stitch pattern worked (mostly) in the round.

One size: Base circumference = 40", neck circumference = 28"; cowl length = 12"

Materials:

2 Prism Plume (1 skein each A & B)

2 Half skeins Prism Layers Stuff (1 skein each C & D)

US 9 24" circular needle or size to obtain gauge

US 10 24" circular needle

Gauge: In Chevron pattern with smaller needles, 12 st repeat = 3 ", 20 rounds = 4"

haven't made this yet!
I love shopping at Great Yarns.
They always have a project or two, three, four or more to peek your interest.
