Customer service from great yarns was although I had to reach out each time the shipment didn't come as expected. The yarn was delayed from the vendor 3 months ad then when I did receive the direct shipment, it was the wrong color. Customer service from Pagewood Farm was horrible. Not only could they not seem to even take the time to write a complete sentence in return to me, they didn't apologize, nor have I received a return shipment label or confirmation the correct yarn had been shipment.
